- Europa League = Top 2 Championship + Bottom 2 Premier League

Match Weeks 11–13 · 29 Nov – 18 Dec
3 brackets of 16 players · Double elimination
- Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.
- Win 2 of 3 matches to progress to Finals.
- 2–0 bracket winners progress to Finals seeded; 2–1 bracket winners also progress.

3 brackets of 8 players · Single elimination
- Champions League, Europa League and Conference League.
- Finals Day | Saturday 16 January.

A time to reset before the Finals get underway in early 2027.
